By booking DJM Removals you agree to these terms and conditions. These terms apply to all removal, packing, storage and ancillary services provided by DJM Removals.
All quotations are based on the information provided at the time of enquiry. We reserve the right to amend a quote if the scope of work changes materially. What we quote is what you pay, provided the job matches the agreed specification.
DJM Removals holds comprehensive goods-in-transit and public liability insurance. In the unlikely event of damage, please notify us within 48 hours of the move completing. Claims must be submitted in writing.
Cancellations made more than 7 days before the move date will incur no charge. Cancellations within 7 days may be subject to a cancellation fee of up to 25% of the agreed quote. Same-day cancellations may be charged in full.
The customer is responsible for ensuring all items are declared, that access to both properties is available at the agreed time, and that fragile or high-value items are identified prior to the move.
